MR. MATTMatt Barger has been a part of the Special Care community since 2003. He served as an Afterschool Teacher from 2003 to 2010 and again from 2012 to 2016. Matt worked part time as an in-home HTS worker for five years, as a teaching assistant in the Edmond Public Schools, and taught Math & Reading Enrichment at Astec Charter Middle School. He has been Specials Instructor for Special Care since 2013.
Matt has served as music director, scene painter, & sound designer for several local stage productions and can be seen performing on stage with metro area community theatres. Matt sings tenor for the Windsong Chamber Choir of OKC. He is a member of the Early Childhood Music & Movement Association and a graduate of Langston University. |
